Targeted Outputs and Outcomes
We have identified the following outputs and outcomes to guide the monitoring and evaluation of our progress and achievements in working with our client groups.
Knowledge: A body of scientific and practical knowledge to inform organization, management and program development decisions and actions. MSA will target strategic information requirements useful to development partners and other stakeholders as well as implementers of health and development programs.
Tools and Models: Tested methods and tools for strategic management decision-making and action, and replicable models for alternative service delivery management systems. MSA will work with stakeholders, particularly program and service implementers, to analyze, research, develop, and adapt the methods, tools and models, with emphasis on operationalzing existing proven tools and models.
Best Practices: A range of best practice case studies. MSA will collaborate with stakeholders and partners to systematically identify, document and disseminate best practices at all levels and in appropriate aspects of organization development, including the areas of governance, leadership and management. Emphasis will be on best practices that take socio-cultural and environmental factors into consideration.
Documentation and Dissemination System: Innovative system for capturing and disseminating existing and new knowledge. MSA will network with collaborating institutions to strengthen the overall capacity for co-ordinated documentation and dissemination of important experience and new knowledge at regional, national and local community levels.
Technical Support: Management development and technical assistance producing quality services and products responding to strategic needs. Working with stakeholders, MSA will utilize relevant existing and new knowledge as well as models, tools and documented best practices to facilitate organizational transformation through management consulting.
