Summary of Client Satisfaction Review Findings

We seek regular feedback from our clients in order to improve our services. Our 2007 client satisfaction review conducted by an independent consultant in Nigeria reported the following:

  • There is ample evidence that MSA has satisfactorily rendered organizational development and capacity building to sexual and reproductive health (SRH) organisations.
  • The quality of services has been above reproach and useful to the clients since they were demand-driven.
  • Clients have seen gradual growth in their organizations and several have been able to access USAID funds based on training provided by MSA.

Our client culture dictates that we deliver quality services that appropriately suit the peculiar needs of our clients.
